SOCAR plans to complete the modernization of its plant Ethylene-polyethylene by 2021, said head of Azerhkimya Mukhtar Babayev.
"We plan to build several new facilities at Ethylene-Polyethylene, to upgrade the infrastructure completely. Works on units design, tendering for purchase of equipment, selection of contractors and full completion of the construction will be carried out by Azerhkimya in three stages over five years. That is, we plan to carry out these works in 2016-2020," - said Babayev.
