Manager of bankrupted Italian Lucchini demands $141.8 million from Severstal

Extraordinary Manager of the bankrupted Italian metallurgical company Lucchini, formerly been a part of Severstal group, has sent a demand to the Russian company to repay $141.8 million. This was reported by the Interfax on Thursday, February 4 with reference to Severstal.

It is stated that the manager intends to recover from the Russian company funds, which it received from Lucchini for the delivered raw materials, when the Italian company wasn’t be a part of the group any more.
