In January, Zaporozhstal increased metal items production by 3.9% to 293,400 tons, including 336,600 tons of steel (+2.3%) and 283,800 tons of cast iron (+1.7%).
In 2014, the enterprise is going to enlarge all major production indices.
Zaporozhstal is a large Ukrainian enterprise. It specializes in flat steel sections. In 2013, it made 3.225 million tons of rolled steel (+2.4%), 3.82 million tons of steel (+0.9%), and 3.219 million tons of cast iron (+0.8%).
