Negotiations on the December contract prices level of Russian polyvinyl chloride (PVC) started last week. Under the pressure of a serious decrease in demand producers were forced to further decrease the prices, according to a price review of ICIS-MRC.
Negotiations on the December price level of Russian PVC have begun on November 25 and continue this week. In most cases, manufacturers are faced with severe pressure from processing companies in terms of pricing.
