Rosneft and Rotenberg’s company have cancelled a contract for 47 bln roubles

In late July 2014 Rosneft posted a notification on the Government procurement website of the signing a contract for the projections and the construction of a 350 km long oil pipeline from ESPO to the Komsomolsk oil refinery plant at the price of 46.9 bln roubles.
The contract was then signed with “Transstroimechanizatsiya” (in the structure of “Mostotrest”, I. Rotenberg is a co-owner of it). The contractor is supposed to put the object into operation in August 2016. However, 4 months on “Transstroimechanizatsiya” and Rosneft by mutual agreement have terminated their cooperation on this project, a source in “Transstroimechanizatsiya” told RBC.
