"Rosatom", Fortum and "Gazprom" begin an exchange of the assets.

The largest redistribution of assets over the past few years can occur in the Russian power sector: Finnish Fortum and "Gazprom" reorganize the TGC-1: Finns get hydro generation, and the monopoly – the TPP. Moreover "Rosatom" will become the partner of Fortum in the new company, while the Finnish company agrees to join the project of the state corporation for the construction of the "Hanhikivi-1" nuclear power plant.
