Rosneft has changed the construction site for oil refinery in Primorye

The Board of Directors of Rosneft have decided to enlarge capacity of Eastern oil chemical company (VNHC) from 10 million tons to 30 million tons a year by processed materials. Due to that reason, Rosneft has changed the construction site for oil refinery in Primorye. It will be located nearby the settlement of Pad Yelizarova in the Partizansk district, not nearby the settlement of Pervostroiteley in Nakhodka city area.
