Caspi Meruerty Operating Company B.V. obtains industrial oil influx

The subsidiary of Caspi Meruerty Operating Company B.V. successfully completed drilling of the appraisal well Auezov-2 within the contracted territory of Zhemchuzhina in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea. It is said in the company’s press release that high quality data was obtained due to the geological research.
Besides, according to the report, Auezov-2 provided for higher yield that Auezov-1 exploratory well and the additional object of the reservoir can be tested. The parameters of the reservoir were confirmed and industrial oil influx was obtained.
