Stockholm Arbitration Court made a decision in favor of Norilsk Nickel

The Stockholm Arbitration Court satisfied the requirements of MMK Norilsk Nickel and collected 11.01 mln euro of the main debt, 2.42 mln euro of interest and 607 thousand euro of expenditure for the Arbitration proceedings from InterBAU (Czech).
In the process of reconstruction of the air separation shop of the oxygen station #2 of the Nadezhdino metallurgical plant, in 2010 Norilsk Nickel attracted InterBAU a.s. to execute the works on the replacement of the air separation block #1. The amount of the contract made up 49.6 mln euro.
