India goes to Vankor

Indian state-owned oil company Indian Oil Corp. plans to buy up to 10% of Vankorneft, the newspaper Economic Times reported. According to the publication, in addition to IOC and ONGC, which has agreed to buy 15% of the Rosneft’s project for $1.27 billion, two more Indian oil companies want to get stakes in Vankor.

Indian state-owned oil company Indian Oil Corp. (IOC) is interested in acquiring 10.5% of shares of Vankorneft, a large production project of Rosneft, the Indian newspaper Economic Times reported, referred to sources familiar with the situation.
