On October 10 the Board of Directors of "Gazpromneft" will discuss the purchase of the 99.9% of the shares in the LLC "Ugra-INTEK" by its own structure "Gazpromneft Orenburg" . The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. According to the SPARK database, Dmitry Velikiy is the sole owner of the company. "Ugra-INTEK" holds the license for the Kuvayskiy plot in the Orenburg region.
