Belarus asks Russia to refuse from duty on an export of oil products from Russian oil. Minsk is about to keep this money since the next year.
To date, Belarus receives duty-free oil, but it transfers the duty from sales abroad. In 2015 the sum will make up $1.5 billion, Vedomosti writes.
