By the opening of EXPO-2017 international exposition, Kazakhstan is going to form the system for hydrocarbons deep refining, the Minister of Energy of the state V. Shkolnik says at the 11th Interregional cooperation forum of Kazakhstan and Russia in Atyrau.
By 2017, they are going to form the system for production of basic commodities: polypropylene, polyethylene, benzene, paraxylol, much deeper refining of hydrocarbons.
Kazakhstan realizes a number of the key projects forming the sector innovative system in accordance with the modern global approaches.
