Rosneft will broaden operation in Latin America

Rosneft is to start operations in Bolivia. On Tuesday, the President of Bolivia E. Morales announced about an invitation to the Russian company to explore for hydrocarbons in the state. Yesterday Rosneft signed the agreement on the new projects in Venezuela.

Mr. Morales claims that it’s important for Bolivia to develop cooperation with Russia in the sphere of hydrocarbons production. That’s why, they try to agree new legislation for their internal and external investors. Now Gazprom is the only Russian company operating in Bolivia.
