In 2013, Surgutneftegaz may decrease processing of oil by 2.4% to 20 million tons

In 2013, one of the largest Russian oil companies Surgutneftegaz plans to process 20 million tons of oil that is by 2.4% less than in 2012, the company reports.
In 2013, the volume of the processing may be 7.4 billion cubic meters of gas (- 1.3%).
