Alekperov: Lukoil strives for the Russian Arctic, but doesn’t go there

The largest Russian private oil company Lukoil wants to expand its presence in the Norwegian sector of the Barents Sea in the Arctic; a difficult economic situation doesn’t allow it to develop the Russian sector for a while. These statements were made by head of the company Vagit Alekperov.
