The Russian oil company "Lukoil" has decided to sell its 100% stake in the Estonian "subsidiary" of Lukoil Eesti AS.
"LUKOIL" through a holding company Lukoil European Holdings and Olerex through a holding company Aqua Marina had entered into a contract for the sale, according to which the Estonian fuel company Olerex had acquired 100 percent stake in Lukoil Eesti, the press service of Olerex informed on Wednesday.
