NLMK presents premium grades of steel among producers of construction equipment

NLMK Group will present a number of new types of premium steel products, which are provided for the use in the manufacture of construction and mining equipment and machines, to its Russian customers at the specialized exhibition “Construction Equipment and Technologies-2014”, which opens today. In June 3-7, NLMK’s specialists will tell visitors about benefits of using the plates of low alloy wear-resistant steel Quard and structural high-tension steel Quend in manufacture of "yellow equipment".

NLMK’s specialists will hold meetings and negotiations with engineering companies on the introduction of technology on the use of steel sheets of Quard and Quend grades in the manufacture of construction equipment. The use of Quard and Quend allows producers to significantly improve operational and environmental characteristics of the equipment and to reduce production costs without loss of strength characteristics.
