Naftogas to intend to buy 2 new jack-up drilling rigs for development of the Black Sea’s shelf

Naftogas Ukrainy will buy 2 new jack-up drilling rigs to develop the Black Sea’s shelf, the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Eduard Stavitsky said during the visit to the jack-up drilling rig Petr Godovanets in the Black Sea.
“As for finances, Naftogas Ukrainy intends to buy 2 rigs on account as investments, as loans,” – Stavitsky reported.
According to him, negotiations of this issue will be held before the end of the current year and contracts will be concluded.
