Kazakh refinery to decrease its plan of oil processing because of Russian gasoline

The Pavlodar petrochemical plant has decreased its plan of oil processing in 2013 to 4.8 million tons, its General Director Shukhrat Danbai reported.

“This year, we approved the plan with 4.8 million tons of oil processing. Of course, the Govermnet has adopted a resolution and closed the borders for the imports. But a large amount of Russian gasoline has been supplied – 780 thousand tons of gasoline of the 92nd grade that is almost the annual consumption rate in Kazakhstan.
