Southern Kuzbass gives Mechel 2.4 billion rubles

Coal company Southern Kuzbass (Mezhdurechensk, the Kemerovo region, a part of Mechel Mining) has provided Mechel a loan to the amount of 2.366 billion rubles, the Kuzbass company reports.
