Kazakhstan can export over 2 thousand MW of power

The maximum volume of power, Kazakhstan can export to date, exceeds 2 thousand MW, KAZINFORM reports.

According to the deputy of Majilis A.Bekenov, potential sales market for Kazakhstan is Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Russia. Our country will be able to export power via Uzbekistan to Tajikistan after the realization of the project North-South. “The main consumers were Kyrgyzstan and Russia until now,” he said.
