Independent oil company (NOC) of Edward Khudainatov had sent an application for 78.1 billion roubles from the National Welfare Fund (NWF) to the RF Ministry of Energy, two official representatives of the Ministry of Energy told "the Vedomosti" and confirmed: they need money for Payyahsk and North Payyahsk oil deposits on the Taimyr Peninsula in the Krasnoyarsk region.
