On April 30, the Fifth Comemrical Appeal Court of the Sakhalin region will consider the appeal of Rosneft against the decision of the Commercial Court of the Sakhalin region to refuse the company in access to the transmission system of the Sakhalin-2 project, the Court of Appeal reports.
