LUKOIL agrees operational principles on the wholesale market with FAS

The Russian largest private oil company LUKOIL has agreed its trading policy on the wholesale market of gasoline and diesel fuel in Russia with the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service. It is said in a statement of the company.
