On April 18th "Gazpromneft" to discuss the acquisition of 50% of the Hungarian RAG Kiha by the Serbian "daughter".

On April 18th, "Gazpromneft's" Board of Directors are going to consider the issue of the acquisition of the Serbian NIS, controlled by the Russian company, a 50 % stake in Hungarian RAG Kiha Ltd., the agenda for the meeting informs.

In December 2012 NIS signed an agreement with RAG Hungary Ltd. (the branch of the Austrian RAG) for an option to possible acquisition of 50% of license rights on Kelebija block (Hungary) by purchasing half of the share capital in RAG Kiha or RAG Kelebija.
