Sibur and Rosneft discuss the opportunity to create a joint venture on basis of their gas-processing assets, the petrochemical holding company’s CEO Mikhail Karisalov reported at the press conference.
Commenting on the consolidation of BP-TNK by Rosneft, he stated that Sibur didn’t expect any changes in the work of the existing joint venture Yugragaspererabotka, moreover, it discussed the development of the cooperation in this format with the state company.
