Metropol GC increased its stake in Zapsibgazprom OJSC from 29% to 76.48% of voting shares, Zapsibgazprom reports.
The number of voting shares, that Metropol GC has the right to manage, rose from 28 mln 899 thousand 400 pieces to 76 mln 223 thousand 194. This change came into force from March 29th 2013.
