Gazpromneft’s Serbian subsidiary is about to pay out dividends at EUR 111 million for 2012

The Board of Directors of NIS, Gazpromneft’s Serbian subsidiary, has decided to ask its shareholders to direct 25% of the net profit for the payment of dividends for 2012. It is said in a statement of the company.

As they said to ITAR-TASS in the Serbian company, there will be directed 12.36 billion dinars (EUR1=111.33 dinars) for the payment of dividends. It will make up 75.83 dinars per a share. There will be directed EUR 111 million at a current rate of a dinar.
