In January - February, Russia reduced petrol production by 1.2% to 6.409 million tons, and increased production of diesel fuel by 7.8% to 12.821 million tons, fuel oil by 3.2% to 13.279 million tons, plane kerosene by 0.6% to 1.482 million tons. Crude oil refining increased by 4.3% to 46.039 million tons.
