Sberbank is ready to file lawsuit against Mechel with the requirement to completely repay its loans

Sberbank has reserved the right to admit the entire debt of the Zyuzin’s mining and metallurgical company Mechel urgent and to appeal to the court for the recovery of loans and interests, the press centre of Sberbank reports.

"Sberbank hopes to find a compromise solution with the Mechel’s management, but the debt on principal loan and overdue interests  leaves us with no choice but to go to court. If the situation doesn’t change in the near future, we will have to admit the entire debt of Mechel urgent,"- the bank states.
