By results of this October, the decrease in the shipment of oil and petroleum products on Russian Railways amounted to 8.5% to 19.3 million tons. It is caused, first of all, by the launch of new pipeline capacities, the review of the rail market of the Russian Federation by United wagon company.

In October this year, the export shipment of oil and petroleum products increased by 8%, while the shipment to the domestic market decreased by 11%. The exports to Belarus increased 3 times, China - 1.5 times, Finland - 1.5 times.
