Gazprom’s stocks increased in price despite cancellation of South Stream

On December 2nd, Gazprom’s shares increased by 0.86% during trading. The market should have reacted to the news about cancellation of South Stream but the report led to no negative aftereffect.

The analyst of Zurich Capital Management, A. Vernikov says that from the very beginning the terms of recoupment of South Stream construction arose doubts among the experts, Prime writes. That’s why the news about cancellation of South Stream could not influence a lot Gazprom’s rates.
