The court refused to release from attachment Bashneft’s shares

The Arbitration Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the application about the release of Bashneft’s shares from attachment. The process of transferring of the stock to the state is postponed as yet, Vesti Ekonomiki writes.
AFK Sistema appealed to Arbitration Court of Moscow and Investigation Committee with the applications about the release of Bashneft’s shares from attachment.
A week ago, AFK Sistema began preparing to transferring to the state of 71.62% in Bashneft. The court verdict about attachment of the shareholding from AFK Sistema will come into force within a week.
