Bashneft has purchased a network of fuel stations in Samara region for 1.2 bln roubles

Bashneft has completed the deal on the purchase of 100% of the company “AZS AKTAN” that holds a network out of 17 fuel stations in the Samara region.
The amount of the deal taking into account the deferred payment made up 1.2 bln roubles.
“A significant expansion of Bashneft’s scale of activity in the Samara region corresponds to the strategy of development of our retail network in the priority regions geographically close to the Ufa oil refinery plant of the company.
The best logistics of oil products delivery, premium location and a good technical state of the purchased fuel stations allows the company to become one of the leaders in the region’s fuel market in future”, Vice-President of Bashneft for regional sales, D. Palyukov said.
