Gazprom Neft Board of Directors has admitted 15 candidates for election to 13 seats in the new Board. The shareholders will elect the Board of Directors for the third time for 2013 at the extraordinary session on December 24. Earlier they decided to introduce the amendments to the Regulations for enlargement of the number of members of the Board of Directors from 12 to 13.
