State Agency for Reserves has saved 118 mln grivnas on diesel fuel purchase by means of a discount made by the winner of the tender

​The State Agency for Reserves has saved 118 mln grivnas on the purchase of diesel fuel having agreed with the winter of the tender “Vog Aero Jet” on the additional 30% discount, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade reported.

“The elimination of the corruption and transparency allowed to save over 118 mln grivnas for the Government. Instead of the accepted amount of 431.46 mln grivnas, this amount was reduced to 313.38 mln grivnas”, the head of the State Agency for Reserves, V. Mosiichuk, said.

According to the report, the offer of “Vog Aero Jet” on the sale of 18 thousand tons of fuel at 23,970 grivnas/ ton was accepted in April, however, other participants of trades appealed this decision.

As a result the purchase was held after the respective decision of the Court and the price after the open negotiations between the management of the State Agency for Reserves and “Vog Aero Jet” was reduced by 30%.
