Gutseriev calls date of IPO of Russneft

Russneft plans to hold IPO after the merger with Neftisa, which is scheduled for completion in 2016, shareholder of the oil companies, the billionaire Mikhail Gutseriev told the Interfax on the margins of the economic forum in Sochi.
