“Gazprom Neft” has not yet received a request from the Iraqi government to reduce investment. CEO of Gazprom neft A.Dyukov said about it at the International Investment Forum “Sochi-2015”.
“At first, we must receive a letter. We haven’t so far,” Djukov said.
