Yukola-neft discovers new field in the Saratov region

Yukola-neft has discovered a new Andreevskoye oil field in the Saratov region and reached the production level of 1 000 cubic meters per day.

This happened due to the launch of well №1 Andreevskaya, due to which the new Andreevskoye oil field was discovered in the Dukhovnitsky district of the Saratov region. 3 horizons proved to be oil-saturated. The total oil reserves are expected to be about 1 million tons.

On October 1st, 2014, tests at the Upinsk horizon of the discovered field were started. The yield of the drilled well is 48 cubic meters per day. The oil is light, sweet crude.

The field was discovered by Yukola’s subsidiary Bogorodskneft.

In 2014, Bogorodskneft will begin at 2 more structures - Blagoveshenskaya and Pyatnitskaya ones (the Dukhovnitsky district of the Saratov region). The total resources of the C3 category of these two structures is about 2 million tons.
