Slovakian gas importer stated a reduction of th gas supply from Russia by 50%

The company also reported that SPP keeps 1.5 bln cubic m of gas in the gas storage facilities.

The Slovakian gas importer SPP (Slovensky plynarensky priemysel) has reported of the reduction of gas supply from Russia by 50% by today.

“Despite of this situation, SPP guarantees the continuation of the gas supply to all consumers from households to large companies. Safe supplies stay our main priority”, the press service added.

The company also said that in the gas storage facilities of Slovakia SPP keeps 1.5 bln cubic m of gas. According to the Association of European Operators of Underground Gas Storage Facilities (GSE), the storage facilities of Slovakia are loaded by 94.68%, there are about 3.017 bln cubic m.
