In September the SOCAR oil export almost reached 2.1 million tons.

The Department of Marketing & Economic Operations (DMEO) of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has announced that in September 2014the Azeri oil export fell by 9.1% compared with August.
According to SOCAR, in September 2014 2 064.048 thousand tons were exported compared to 2 269.471 thousand tons in August, 2 073.057 thousand tons in July and 2 412.603 thousand tons in April (still the best level in 2014). In Q3 the exports amounted to 6 406.576 thousand tons compared to 6 518.098 thousand tons in Q2 and 4 768.483 thousand tons in Q1 2014.
