Sberbank has initiated a claim at the Arbitration court of Moscow against OJSC “Mechel” and its four subsidiaries. It goes from the material of the court.
The details of the matter and the requirements of Sberbank are not disclosed.
Besides the parent company of “Mechel” Group, the defendant on trial are “Mechel-Trans” LLC, “Mechel-Service” LLC, “OJSC “Chelyabinsk Iron-and-Steel works” and “Bratsk ferroalloy plant” LLC.
