Rosneft closes deal on purchase of Bushkek oil company

Rosneft has closed a deal on acquisition of Bishkek oil company (BOC), the company reports.
The framework agreement on acquisition of BOC was signed by Rosneft’s head Igor Sechin and Bishkek oil company’s general director Alexander Niyazov in Bishkek on February 19, 2014.
