On the results of the first 9 months of 2014, three Russian oil majors Rosneft, Lukoil and Surgutneftegaz continue to reduce their oil production, the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector reports.
For example, in the first 9 months of the current year, Rosneft reduced the oil production by 1.1 million tons to 150.9 million tons. Lukoil decreased the production by 137 thousand tons to 64.7 million tons. Surgutneftegaz reduced the production by 25 thousand tons to 45.9 million tons. In September, Rosneft, Lukoil and Surgutneftegaz produced 16.5 million tons, 7.1 million tons and 5 tons respectively.
