In January – September, Russia increased oil production by 0.7% to 392.932 million tons and reduced exports by 4.6% to 167.917 million tons, the Central Dispatch Department of Fuel and Energy Sector reports.
Within the period, oil refining increased by 11.2 million tons to 215.460 million tons.
