In January – September, Russia increased crude oil refining by 6.1% to 215.5 million tons, the Central Dispatch Department of Fuel and Energy Sector reports. In September, it increased by 5.9% to 23.256 million tons.

Oil supplies for refining increased by 5.6% to 216.055 million tons in January – September, including 23.449 million tons in September (+6.4%).
