Gazpromneft has increased dividends for H1 by 13%

Gazprom owns 95.68% shares in “Gazpromneft”. The remaining stock of shares (4.32%) is distributed among the minorities.
The shareholders of OJSC “Gazpromneft” took a decision to pay out interim dividends for the first half of 2014 in the amount of 4.62 roubles per a share at the extra-ordinary meeting on Tuesday. It is by 13% more than the payment last year. It is said in a statement of the company.
