Cabinet of Ministers approves the plan of the Russian-Belarus hydrocarbon programme

The Russian Government has approved the project of scientific and engineering programme of the economic area (Russia and Belarus) on the development of the new high-performance hydrocarbon prospecting and using the latest technology. The appropriate document has been published on the web site of the Ministry on Tuesday.

The programme has been prepared by the Russian Ministry of Defense and the National Academy of Science of Belarus. The concept of the programme has been approved by the order of the Cabinet Council of the economic area, dated December 12th, 2012. The programme is to be realized in 2014-2017, according to the plan of the both states.
