Kuzbass sets up a new All-Russian record of monthly coal production

The team of Vladimir Berezovsky of the mine “Taldinskaya-West 1” (the Director of the mine is Mikhail Lupiy, the Chief of the site, Sergey Musokhranov) of SUEK-Kuzbass has set up a Russian record of monthly coal production volume from the working face in the Kemerovo region. In July, the team produced 827 thousand tons of coal, improved the previous record of the Vladimir Melnik’s team of the Kotinskaya mine (a part of SUEK-Kuzbass), which was set in 2010, almost by 120 thousand tons, the company’s press-centre reported to a correspondent of the IA REGNUM.

The record was set at the longwall face №67-08. The coal-face works are carried out by the mechanized complex, which includes 175 sections of mechanized roof supports DBT (Bucyrus), SL-500 combine (Aykoff), face conveyor PF4/1132, gangway conveyor PF4/1132, crusher conveyor SK11/11 and reloader B-1600. The feature of the longwall face is the fact that coal from the face s delivered to the industrial site on the conveyor chain, consisting of three belts with a belt width of 1.600 mm and capacity of 3,500 t /h. The coal storage on the surface is formed by the radial belt spreader HE-K2L1600 with capacity of 3,500 t /h too.

“Such result was reached due to the high professionalism of the whole minin team and the devotion of miners. The program of technical equipment of the enterprises made much contribution too. This is a worthy gift to the coal industry of Russia from all our coal miners to the 65th anniversary of the Miner's Day,”- the SUEK’s Deputy General Director, Director of manufacturing operations Vladimir Artemev said.
